Blacklist

The Blacklist lets you look up a phone number’s delivery history — how many past orders were delivered (Livré) vs returned — so you can avoid shipping to unreliable customers.

Looking up a number

Enter a phone number to get a verdict (green / amber / red) plus the Livré and Returned counts. The result combines:

• your own order history for that number, and
• data from any connected delivery carrier that supports a blacklist lookup (shared across the account, so it works even for numbers you haven’t shipped yourself).
