WhatsApp campaigns

A campaign sends one WhatsApp message to a list of clients built from your orders — a promo to clients who received a product, a reminder to clients whose order was postponed, and so on. Campaigns live in the Campaigns tab of WA Automation.

Click New campaign:

  1. Campaign Information — give it a Campaign Name.

  2. Audience & Filters — choose who receives it. Every filter can hold several values (a search box helps find them):

    • Order Status — for example Livré, or Livré + Returned (default: Livré).
    • From Date / To Date — the order date range.
    • City — one or more cities.
    • Product — clients who ordered one of these products.

    The box below shows N clients matched out of the orders found. Two options refine the list:

    • Deduplicate by phone number — one message per phone number, even with multiple orders (on by default).
    • Skip clients already messaged — excludes contacts targeted in past campaigns.

    Click Review to see the recipients and untick anyone you don’t want to message.

  3. Message Content — write the text with the same variables as automatic messages ({name}, {order_id}, {product}, {city}, {total}…). Add a file with Attach Image / Audio / Video (Max 16MB), or tick Auto-attach product image from order to send each client the photo of the product they ordered. Set the Delay between messages.

  4. WhatsApp Session & Preview — pick the number that sends it and check the Live Preview (it cycles through real recipients).

  5. Click Create Campaign. It is saved as a Draft.

  • Launch starts sending. Messages go out one by one from your browser, with the delay you set; if a client has a second phone number, it receives the message too.
  • Pause stops after the current message.
  • Resume (N) continues with the N clients not yet messaged — recipients are saved, so a run can always be resumed, even after closing the page.
  • Cancel stops the campaign for good.

Campaigns are listed with filters All / Draft / Running / Completed / Cancelled and a search on name or message.

Click Details (or the campaign name) — available whatever the status:

  • counters: recipients, sent, failed, pending and success rate, with progress;
  • dates: created, started, finished;
  • the audience filters and the full message (with media or product image);
  • the recipients list by status (All / Sent / Failed / Pending / Skipped) with the error of each failed send; click a recipient to see the exact message they received.
