Warehouse details

The Warehouse Hub lists your warehouses. Select one to manage its stock in four views: Inventory Matrix, Transfer Operations, Defects and Logs & Audit.

Create a warehouse

Section titled “Create a warehouse”

Click Add Warehouse, fill in the name, city, address, manager and phone, then save. The warehouse is created right away. A Select Products window then offers to add products to it — you can pick products and their colors × sizes now, or click Skip for Now and add them later with + Add Product.

Inventory Matrix

Section titled “Inventory Matrix”

One row per product, with the quantity of each color and size and a status: Empty, Low (<3), In Stock or Healthy (10+).

  • + Add Product — add products (and the variants to track) to this warehouse.
  • + Add Stock — receive quantities for existing variants.
  • Edit a cell to adjust a quantity, or remove a product from the warehouse.
  • View Info shows the warehouse details.

Transfer Operations

Section titled “Transfer Operations”

Move stock between two warehouses:

  1. Click Create Transfer, choose the source and destination and the quantities per variant. The transfer is Pending.
  2. At the destination, click Confirm Receipt and enter what actually arrived. The transfer becomes Confirmed, or Partial if some items are missing (it can also be Rejected).

Defects

Section titled “Defects”

Record damaged items with Report Defect: product, variant, quantity, type (Stain, Tear, Broken, Faded, Wrong Size, Damaged Packaging, Other), a note and proof photos.

  • With Deduct from stock on, the quantity is removed from the warehouse.
  • Turn it off to only record the defect (No stock impact) — useful when the variant is already out of stock.

Click Restore on an active defect to put the quantity back in stock (or just mark it resolved if stock was never deducted). Filter defects by All / Active / Restored.

Logs & Audit

Section titled “Logs & Audit”

Every change to the warehouse is recorded with the date, the user and a description: stock added or adjusted, deductions and returns (including automatic ones), transfers, defects. Filter by Action Type — Create / Confirm, Update / Adjust, Delete / Reject, Transfer — or search the description or user.
