Edit an order
Every order can be edited from the same drawer used to create one.
-
In any order list, find the order (use search & filters if needed).
-
Click the edit (pencil) icon in the row’s Actions, or click the view icon to open the order and then switch to edit.
-
Update any field:
- Customer & delivery — name, phones, city, address.
- Products — change products, colors, sizes and quantities, or add/remove lines; the total recalculates.
- Status and payment state.
- Assigned to — the team member responsible for the order.
-
Add an internal note if you want to leave context for your team — notes are kept with a full history and author/date stamp.
-
Click Save. Your changes are stored and the order’s history records the update.
View vs. edit
Section titled “View vs. edit”- The view mode opens the order read-only, with its full details, items, notes and status history.
- Switch to edit to make changes. Some rows also offer special edit modes — for example editing a duplicate, a change (swap) order, or a refund — which pre-fill the drawer for that specific flow.
Status history & notes
Section titled “Status history & notes”Each order keeps a timeline of status changes (who changed it, when, from what to what) and notes. This is the same history shown in the Call Center cockpit.
