Using it on mobile

The confirmation and tracking cockpits are fully usable on a phone, so agents can work from anywhere.

What changes on mobile

• One screen at a time — you see the queue first. Tap an order to open its cockpit full-screen; a back arrow (←) returns you to the queue.
• Set Status is collapsed — tap the Set Status button to reveal the outcome buttons, so the most important action is right at the top. It collapses again for each new order.
• The per-order stat cards are hidden to save space; the key details (phone, city, products, set-status) stay front and center.

Everything else — calling, templates, offers, history, blacklist check, auto-advance — works exactly as on desktop. The desktop layout is unchanged.
