Delivery carriers

Connect a delivery carrier to dispatch orders and have their delivery statuses sync back automatically.

Connecting

Section titled “Connecting”
  1. Open Applications (or Settings → Delivery APIs) and pick the carrier.
  2. Enter the credentials it requires — this varies by carrier (API key, API token, Client ID, login & password, secret key…). The setup page lists exactly what’s needed.
  3. Save. The carrier shows as connected and is available when dispatching orders.

After connecting

Section titled “After connecting”
  • Dispatch confirmed orders to the carrier (single or bulk); TajerPro stores the returned tracking number.
  • Delivery events from the carrier update the order status automatically and feed the Suivi Center and Delivery statistics.
  • Set up city mappings and delivery rates so addresses and fees resolve correctly — see Delivery & dispatch.
