History & related orders
History
Section titled “History”The History tab is a full timeline for the order:
- Status changes — every status the order passed through, who changed it and when.
- Calls — logged call attempts.
- Messages — WhatsApp / SMS sends, each showing the channel and the template name used.
- Notes — internal notes your team added.
This is the same history you see when editing an order — see Edit an order.
Related orders
Section titled “Related orders”The Related Orders tab lists other orders with the same phone number — useful for spotting repeat customers or duplicates before you confirm. A badge on the tab shows how many there are, and you can jump straight to any of them.
You can add an internal note from the Details tab at any time; notes are timestamped and attributed to you, and appear here in the history.
