Set the status

The Set Status column lists the confirmation outcomes as one-tap buttons (Confirmed, WhatsApp, Pas de réponse + SMS, Annulé, Confirmed et Reporté, and more — the exact set follows your account’s statuses and your role’s allowed statuses).

Setting a status

1. With an order selected, tap the outcome in Set Status.
2. A short confirmation loader appears, so you can see the change was saved.
3. The cockpit automatically advances to the next order in your queue.

Some statuses (like Confirmed et Reporté or Reporté) first ask you to pick a postponed date before they’re applied.

Every change is written to the order’s history with your name, so you always know who confirmed what and when.

Update order

Below the status buttons, Update order opens the full edit drawer if you need to change products, address or other details before confirming — see Edit an order.

Note

The statuses you can set may be limited by your role (data.orders.allowed_statuses). If an outcome you expect isn’t there, ask your owner to grant it — see Roles & Permissions.

On mobile

On a phone the Set Status list is tucked behind a Set Status button to save space — tap it to reveal the outcomes. See Mobile usage.
