Stock & warehouses
Keep your inventory in sync with reality across warehouses, movements and suppliers.
Warehouses
Section titled “Warehouses”Warehouses lists your storage locations. Open a warehouse to see its stock and details. Stock levels move as orders are shipped and returned.
Stock deductions
Section titled “Stock deductions”Stock Deductions tracks stock leaving your inventory (e.g. when orders ship). Pending deductions are surfaced with a badge so nothing is missed, and you can review/approve them.
Stock returns
Section titled “Stock returns”Stock Returns tracks stock coming back (refused / returned orders). Like deductions, pending returns are flagged for review so your counts stay accurate.
Suppliers
Section titled “Suppliers”Suppliers (under Stock & Partners) manages who you buy from and your supplier invoices — the product costs there feed COGS in your weekly reports.
