WhatsApp & SMS templates

The Templates tab holds your reusable WhatsApp and SMS messages, so agents send consistent, professional messages in one tap.

Sending a template

Section titled “Sending a template”
  1. Open the Templates tab for the selected order.
  2. Each template card shows the message and the order’s product image(s).
  3. Tap the WhatsApp or SMS button on a card:
    • WhatsApp sends the message through your connected WhatsApp session (a loader shows while it sends), including the product image.
    • SMS opens your device’s SMS composer to the customer.
  4. Placeholders like the customer name, order id, city and status are filled in automatically from the order.

Each send is recorded in the order history with the template’s name and the channel used.

Managing templates

Templates come from your WhatsApp Automation library — create and edit them there so they’re available across the app. See WhatsApp Automation.
