Sent inventory
Sent inventory removes from your warehouse stock the products that left with the delivery company. An order joins the list as soon as it reaches the Ramassé status, and stays there until its stock is deducted.
Deduct stock for an order
Section titled “Deduct stock for an order”- Open Sent inventory → Pending Sent Inventory. Each row shows the order, customer, products, city, price and date. Use the search (order ID, customer name or phone) to find one.
- Click Deduct Stock on the order.
- Select Warehouse lists your active warehouses with, for each product, what you Need and what is Available. A warehouse shows ✓ Can fulfill all items or ✗ Insufficient stock.
- Click Deduct from here on the warehouse the parcel left from (add optional notes).
The quantities are removed from that warehouse and the order moves to Sent Inventory History.
Several orders at once
Section titled “Several orders at once”Tick several orders, then click Deduct Stock (N). Bulk Deduct Stock asks for one warehouse and deducts every order that warehouse can fulfill; the others stay pending with the reason.
Undo a deduction
Section titled “Undo a deduction”In Sent Inventory History, click Restore on a line: the quantities go back to the warehouse and the order returns to the pending list. The line then shows ↩ Restored and who restored it.
With a single warehouse
Section titled “With a single warehouse”If your account has only one warehouse (or none), there is nothing to choose: Sent inventory and Stock Returns are hidden from the menu and stock moves automatically:
- when an order reaches Ramassé, its products are deducted from your warehouse;
- when it reaches Returned, they are added back;
- if a product has no stock (or was never added to the warehouse), the stock goes negative — the Warehouse Hub then shows you exactly what is missing.
Only orders that reach these statuses after the automation started are processed. As soon as you add a second warehouse, both pages come back and deductions are manual again.
