Automatic messages per status

The Automation tab of WA Automation (WhatsApp Auto-Send per Status) sends a WhatsApp message by itself at key moments of an order — no agent action needed. Each trigger is a card with an ON / OFF switch and a live WhatsApp preview.

The triggers

Section titled “The triggers”
  • Welcome Message / New Order — sent as soon as an order is created, manually or from a store (Shopify, YouCan, WooCommerce, Lightfunnels…).
  • One card per order status — for example Confirmed, Expédié, Livré, Reporté. The message is sent when an order becomes that status (When status becomes …).
  • Order Tracking & Shipping Carrier Notice — sends the tracking number and the carrier link when the order is dispatched. Set the Carrier / Delivery Company Name and the Tracking Message Template, then Save Order Tracking Notification.

To add a status, click Add Status Rule (or + Add) and pick it in Select a status. Use Turn All ON / Turn All OFF to pause or resume every trigger at once, and the filter (All / Active / Inactive, search by status name) to find a card.

Writing the message

Click Edit message & options on a card:

  1. Choose Single Template (one fixed message) or Multi-Variations (Anti-Ban Pro) — several versions of the message that are rotated at random, so clients don’t all receive identical text. Use Add message variation to add more, and Test random variation to preview one.

  2. Insert Dynamic Variables by clicking them:

  3. Optional anti-ban syntax inside the text:

    • {Salam|Bonjour|Hello} — one option picked at random for each send.
    • [cher client] — appears in about half of the messages.
    • *text* — bold, as in WhatsApp.

Changes are saved automatically.

Options per trigger

Section titled “Options per trigger”
  • Attach Product Photo — sends the photo of the ordered item with the message.
  • Round-Robin Distribution — rotates sending across your connected numbers.
  • Send from Lines — restrict the trigger to specific numbers (or All lines).

The card shows the badges that apply (anti-ban variants, product photo, number of lines).
