Tajer Assistant

Tajer Assistant is the in-app AI helper: the little robot button at the bottom corner of every page. Click it to open a small chat and ask how to do something in TajerPro: add a product, create an order, change a status, link your store, set up a delivery company, and so on.

How it works

1. Click the robot button (Tajer Assistant).
2. Type your question, or pick one of the suggestions. You can write in English, French, Arabic or Darija; the assistant answers in the same language.
3. The answer gives the steps with the exact button and menu names. Click a link in the answer to open that screen in the app, or Read the guide to open the matching documentation page.

The conversation stays while your browser tab is open. Click + (New chat) to start again.

Note

• Tajer Assistant knows how TajerPro works and links you to the matching guide. If it doesn’t know, it tells you so instead of guessing.
• It only helps with using TajerPro; it doesn’t see or change your orders or data.
• It is free: it shows Free at the top of the chat and uses no AI tokens.
