Import orders

Bring orders in bulk from an Excel / CSV file.

1. In an order list, click Import (top right).

2. Choose your .xlsx / .csv file.

3. Map the columns from your file to TajerPro’s order fields (customer, phone, city, address, product, quantity, price, …). Unmatched cities are kept as raw text so nothing is lost.

4. Review the preview, then confirm to create the orders.

Tip

Store orders (WooCommerce, Shopify, YouCan, Lightfunnels) import automatically through a webhook — you only import spreadsheets for orders that don’t come from a connected store. See Store integrations.

Export orders

Select orders (or select all matching) and use Export to download them as a spreadsheet — handy for accounting, carriers, or your own reports.
