Upsell offers

The Offers tab lets an agent add a promotional offer (an upsell or cross-sell) to the current order during the call — a great way to increase basket size.

Applying an offer

Open the Offers tab. Available offers show as cards, with a count badge on the tab.
Click Apply on an offer.
If the offer’s product has variants, a small picker asks you to choose the color / size before applying.
The offer’s products are added to the order, the total updates, and the order refreshes so the new product images appear right away. The order stays selected so you can continue.

Applying an offer is recorded in the order history.

Managing offers

Offers are created and managed in Settings → Offers — see Offers. Only offers relevant to the order’s products are shown in the tab.
