Stock Returns
Stock Returns adds back to a warehouse the products of parcels that came back — refused or undeliverable orders with the Returned status.
Return an order to stock
Section titled “Return an order to stock”- Open Stock Returns → Pending Returns and find the order (search by order ID, customer name or phone).
- Click Return to Warehouse.
- Select Warehouse: pick where the parcel is stored (Stock will be added here), add optional notes, and click Return to here.
The quantities are added to that warehouse — a new stock line is created if the variant didn’t exist there yet. The order moves to Return History.
To undo, click Cancel on the line in Return History: the quantities are deducted back from the warehouse and the order returns to the pending list.
Exchange orders (-C)
Section titled “Exchange orders (-C)”When an exchange order (XXXX-C, see Exchanges & returns)
comes back, the parcel holds the original order’s products. So the original order is the one
listed and restocked, not the -C order.
Exchange Returns (choice orders)
Section titled “Exchange Returns (choice orders)”A choice order is sent with several products so the client keeps one. When it is delivered, the products the client didn’t keep appear in Exchange Returns, showing what was Delivered and what Returns to stock. Return them to a warehouse the same way.
With a single warehouse
Section titled “With a single warehouse”With only one warehouse, returns are added back automatically and this page is hidden — see Sent inventory → With a single warehouse. Automatic returns only apply to orders whose stock had been deducted.
