Status types

Almost every list in TajerPro is customizable, so the app speaks your business’s language. Under Settings → Status types you can edit:

  • Order status — your order pipeline statuses, each with a color. Statuses flagged as tracking (is_suivi) feed the Suivi views and cockpit.
  • Order status payment — payment states (e.g. Non Payé, Invoiced, Paid).
  • Invoice status — states for invoices.
  • Money management status — categories/states for cash-flow transactions.
  • Source of order — where orders come from.
  • Reclamation subjects / statuses — for the reclamations help-desk.
  • Influencer styles — categories for influencers/models.

Add, rename, recolor or remove entries. Changes apply everywhere those lists are used — order filters, the Call Center / Suivi quick-status buttons, reports and more.
