Account & billing
TajerPro is subscription-based. Your plan decides which pages are available and your limits:

With yearly billing you pay 10 months for 12 (Starter 1,490 DH, Pro 3,490 DH, Business 6,490 DH per year). Orders imported from a file don’t count toward the monthly order limit.
When you reach 80 % of a limit, the owner receives an email; at 100 %, a Plan limit reached window offers to upgrade.
Free trial
Section titled “Free trial”Every new workspace starts with a 7-day free trial of the Business plan — no payment needed to sign up. Before it ends you receive a reminder email; then choose a plan to continue.
Pay your subscription
Section titled “Pay your subscription”Click Pay Now (or Upgrade Plan) in the app:
- Choose your plan and the Billing period (monthly or yearly — the yearly saving is shown).
- Choose a Payment method — bank transfer (CIH Bank), Cash Plus, Barid Cash, Wafa Cash, Wise, international bank transfer or USDT. The account details are shown with a copy button.
- Send the Total amount, then Upload payment receipt (JPG, PNG or PDF, max 5 MB) and add an optional note or transaction reference. You can also send it on WhatsApp.
- Click Complete payment.
Our team verifies the receipt — usually within a few hours — and your plan is activated automatically once approved. You receive an email at each step (receipt received, approved or rejected); the approval email includes your PDF invoice.
Renewal and expiry
Section titled “Renewal and expiry”- Reminder emails are sent before your plan expires.
- If an account expires or is blocked, TajerPro opens a renewal screen: you can still sign in to pay, but the data is paused until renewal.
- You can change plan at any time with Upgrade Plan / Change plan.
Custom plans
Section titled “Custom plans”Need more users, orders or WhatsApp numbers? Use Request a custom plan from the pricing page. A custom plan is prepared for your store and assigned to your account; you then renew it from Pay Now like any other plan.
AI tokens
Section titled “AI tokens”AI features (voice over, landing studio, ad copy, the WhatsApp AI assistant) use AI tokens, bought separately in packs — see AI Tokens.
Store-installed accounts
Section titled “Store-installed accounts”If you installed TajerPro from a store’s app marketplace (e.g. YouCan), a workspace is created on first install, and billing is handled on TajerPro directly. See Store integrations.
