Money Management

Section titled “Money Management”

Money Management is your cash-flow ledger. Record money in and out, categorize transactions, and see where you stand. Transactions can be tied to periods so they line up with your reports and statistics.

Transaction categories/statuses are customizable in Settings → Status types → Money management status.

Invoices

Section titled “Invoices”

Invoices manages the delivery invoices for your orders:

  • Generate an invoice from selected orders (individually or in bulk from an order list).
  • Track each invoice’s payment state; unpaid invoices are flagged with a badge.
  • Invoice types and the rates they use are configured in Settings (Invoice types, Delivery rates).

Payment state on orders

Section titled “Payment state on orders”

Each order carries a payment state (e.g. Non Payé / Invoiced / Paid). You can set it on the order and filter lists by it — see Search & filters. Payment statuses themselves are defined in Settings → Status types → Order status payment.
