Backup & restore

Settings → Backup & Restore lets the owner keep a copy of the workspace data and bring it back if needed.

Download a backup

Click Download Full Backup. In Select Backup Data, choose what to include (or Select All), then Download Selected. You get a .json file. Available data includes:

• Orders — orders, items, notes, statuses and history
• Products — products, categories, colors, sizes and variants
• Users & Roles — user accounts, roles and permissions
• Settings — cities, SMS templates and configuration
• Delivery — delivery men and shipping rates
• Invoices, Money, Reclamations, Suppliers, Stock & Warehouses, Notifications and Advertising

The page shows the date of your Last backup.

Restore from a file

1. In Restore from Backup, drop your .json backup file (or click to browse).
2. TajerPro checks the file and shows what it contains (tables, rows, backup date).
3. Click Upload & Restore, then Yes, Restore Now in Confirm Restore.

Caution

Restoring overwrites the existing data in the restored tables and cannot be undone. Download a backup of your current data first.

Google Drive backups

In Google Drive Backup & Restore, click Connect Google Drive and allow Drive access for your Google account. Then:

• Choose a Backup Schedule: Off, Every 1 hour, Every 12 hours, Every 24 hours or Weekly. The page shows the Last Drive backup and the Next backup.
• Tick Auto-delete previous backup after successful upload to keep only the latest backup in your Drive.
• Click Backup to Drive Now for an immediate backup.
• Restore from Drive lists the backups found in your Drive; pick one and click Restore selected backup (this replaces all current data).

Disconnect stops the Drive backups at any time.
