Delivery rates, SMS & dispatch

Settings → Delivery rates holds what each carrier charges you per city. These prices fill the delivery fees of your invoices and your profit figures.

  1. Choose the Invoice Type at the top (one set of rates per carrier / invoice type; one is the Default).
  2. Each city has a rate for Delivery, Refused, Change (delivered exchange) and Refund, plus a Default rate that applies to all other statuses.
  3. Click Add New Rate (or Configure on a city marked Not configured), pick the City, enter each Rate (DH) and the status it applies to, then Create Rate.

Shortcuts:

  • Import from carrier loads the carrier’s official price list for the selected invoice type.
  • Select several cities and use Bulk Change Rate to set a new rate for one column (Apply to Selected), or delete them together.

Settings → SMS templates has two tabs.

Your reusable SMS messages. Add Template, give it a Template Name and a Message, and optionally a User SMS Link to reserve the template for one agent (otherwise it is available to everyone). Agents use them from the Templates tab.

Console SMS Templates are the messages opened by the SMS buttons of the Order Console in the Call Center:

Button Sent when
Call Not Answered the customer doesn’t pick up
Line Busy the customer is busy and asks to be called back
Order Follow-Up as a reminder to confirm the order

Click the edit button on a scenario, write the message and insert Dynamic Variables: {name}, {phone}, {city}, {order_id}, {total} — they are filled with the order’s real data. The Live Smartphone Preview shows the result, and the counter shows the number of SMS parts (160 characters per part in Latin letters, 70 in Arabic/Unicode). Save Templates applies the change instantly to all agents; Reset to default restores the system text.

When an agent taps one of these buttons, the phone’s own SMS app opens with the message ready — TajerPro doesn’t send SMS itself.

Settings → Order Dispatch shares new orders automatically between your Call Center agents.

  • Turn the whole system Active or Paused.
  • Method: Round Robin (one by one, in rotation) or Equal Split (rebalance evenly).
  • Rules:
    • Auto-dispatch on create — every new order gets an agent instantly.
    • Sticky customer — a returning customer goes back to the same agent.
    • Priority to best closer — orders from a given amount (DH and up) go to the agent with the best confirmation rate.
    • Stale reassign — orders untouched after N minutes move to a freer agent.
  • Agents: add Call Center users to the Dispatch pool (Add to Dispatch Pool), pause or activate an agent, remove them from the pool, or Transfer Orders from one agent to another. Each agent shows the number of orders held.

Click Save settings; Run now applies the rules immediately.

The second tab finds orders that stay too long in a status. In Alert Rules, click + Add Status, choose a status and its Alert Threshold in hours, then Save & Refresh. Run Check lists the stuck orders with how long they have been stuck, grouped as Critical (>72h), Warning (48-72h) and Attention (<48h); click View to open an order.

Settings → Store APIs connects your online store step by step (Platform, Link / Setup, Test, Mapping, Save) so its orders arrive automatically — see Store integrations.
