Telegram

The Telegram app connects a bot that belongs to you. The Send Telegram step of Automations then sends messages from it — to you, a teammate or your team group. Telegram messages are free.

Create and connect the bot

1. In Telegram, open @BotFather and send /newbot.
2. Choose a name, then a username that ends with bot.
3. BotFather gives you a token (like 123456789:AA…). In TajerPro open Applications › Telegram, paste it and click Connect the bot.

The token is checked with Telegram and stored encrypted.

Choose who receives the messages

1. Open your bot in Telegram and press Start — or add the bot to your team group and write a message there.
2. In Applications › Telegram click Find chats. The people and groups appear in the list.
3. Send a test to check.

If nothing is found, write to the bot again and click Find chats.

Use it in an automation

Add the Send Telegram step, pick the chat (or type a chat id) and write the message with variables — for example on Order created, Status changed → Refused, Low stock or Agent not working.

Note

Use a bot made for TajerPro only — a bot already used by another service won’t work.
